How to Return Your Mold Kit for Customized Grillz
At Grillz Montreal, we want to ensure the accuracy of your customized grillz. Follow these simple steps to return your mold kit:

Secure Packaging: Pack the mold securely in the original packaging, making sure to include your name on the package.

Shipping: Take the package to your local post office or UPS store and ship it to the return address provided in the package.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-8 business days for us to receive your mold. Once received, our skilled craftsmen will begin the production process, which typically takes 14-21 business days.

Completion Notification: You will receive an email with a photo of your finished grillz once they are completed. We strive for perfection in every set we create.
Note: If the mold is not usable, we will contact you to find a solution. Read and follow the mold-making instructions carefully. If your molds are unsuccessful, you may need to purchase a new mold kit.
