Refund Policy


Returns and exchange details

All grillz are custom made to order. There are NO REFUNDS. 

We try our best to make the grillz true to size, so if for any reasons you have issues, please contact us first.

Generally if the mold wont work, we will let you know before we get started to reach a solution. We have put together very detailed instructions on making a mold, and ask that you read carefully and are patient when making the mold. If your mold will not work, you are responsible for purchasing another mold kit.

Shipping policies
Mold kits are sent out within 72 hours of order, unless ordered on the weekend, then will be shipped the next business day.

Once we receive your molds, production generally takes 9-14 business days within our production periods ( see here ) The grillz will be shipped out as soon as they are finished!

Please note, Grillz are for decorative purposes only. Do not eat or smoke with them on, as they can cause discoloration or even fading especially with the plated items. You must care for your Grillz just as you would care for your precious metal Necklaces. earrings, or pendants. We are not responsible for any damage on your grill after we have shipped it to you. 

After your purchase we will first ship you out the mold kit. Once you received the mold kit you will follow the detailed instructions on creating your mold. You will then ship the mold kit back to us at the specified address. You will be responsible for shipping the mold kit back to us.

Once we receive the mold kit we will then inspect your mold and if all is good we will put the mold into production. Each Grillz Production generally takes 72 hours. 

Once the item is out of production we will then reship the finished grill back to you. Once you receive it snap it in and start rocking your custom grill!



To maintain hygienic standards in accordance with Montreal's Health and Health Canada infection and disease prevention initiatives ALL medical, surgical, and rehabilitation equipment and soft supports are non-returnable, unless they have a manufacturer guarantee. This also includes mold kits due to the fact they must go in your mouth for your teeth impression


Grillz Starter Kits 

We DO NOT offer refunds on Grillz Starter kits that have been shipped out already.  Mold kits are to make your teeth impression and we do not accept these back once you’ve received them do to  sanitary regulations. We also don’t offer refunds on orders that are in production. If we haven’t sent the mold kit out yet and you request a refund and your request has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have placed an order over 365 day prior, and have not sent us back your molds within the 365 days period, your order expires. Grillz Montreal is not responsible for refunding orders after their expiration. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Orders generally take 3-10 weeks from the when the orders placed - until the order is received. 10 weeks must pass in order to consider an order "late"

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, please refer to the slip sent with Grillz Starter kit or Email us at to get a new slip emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, exchanges only if permitted by Grillz Montreal , and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Grillz Montreal control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, Covid 19 and other viral diseases, waiting lines, unable to attend the appointments due to personal reasons, sickness, family and medical emergencies.
